Had a great experience. I was very nervous at first but Dr. Merlino explained everything step by step and really put me at ease. Plus, I didn't feel a thing. I recommended them to all of my friends and family.

I brought my daughter in today for a rootcanal. I found the office very clean and the receptionist Paola extremely Friendly and prfessional. Dr. Gonzalez seemed also very professional knowledgeable. All in all a good experience!

I had so much fear coming in I didnt know what to expect.Walking in the recepcionist made me feel calm and talked me through it.When I saw Dr. Merlino he was gentle and explained everething in detail.Im so glad I came here and no other endodontics and let me add that it's increadible clean in here,LOVE THAT!!! I had a root canal done by Dr Joseph A Merlino.it was wonderful I did not have any pain. I didnt even feel if I had anything done. Today I was seen by Dr. Merlino for my first root canal. I was petrified to say the least however,it went very smoothly and was painfree,I will not fear root canal in the future.I would highly recommend Dr. Merlino and Queens County Endodontics.

When I first walk into the dentist office.I was extremely afraid,I wanted to turn around And walk out,however,the receptionist was very assuring that I would be fine-no pain + the Doctor was extremely good. Without A doubt when I was in the chair,I felt no pain,the dentist was very informative,providing me information on what,when and what he was doing,I was comfortable and now I know that there are still good dentist around.

When I called your office,I was in so much pain and afraid. The receptionist Paula was so helpful and took the fright away. Upon entering the office she greeted me with a warm smile,I asked is the doctor gentle-she stated he is gentle and patient. We had fear going in by just picking a doctor through the insurance with no referrals. My daughter had never seen another dentist in her 18 years of life so she was a little overwhelmed , however, Dr. Merlino was so very nice, made her feel relaxed and comfortable. The procedure was a piece of cake for her. From the time you walk into the office you feel this is right place to be, starting with Paula the receptionist. After this my daughter got the courage to see a new dentist (who was not a referral from this office) to get her crown done and he said the work done by the Dr Merlino was well done.
